It's all from house intel Republicans, so the Dems on that committee know everything it could contain that no one else knows. They took at least a month to write it and it's 4 pages long.
Should be as good as the wiretaps of Trump Tower or Susan Rice allegations.

Because it’s not the “Steele” dossier as assumed. Steele is “credible” retired MI6 agent. We will learn from the memo that the information contained in the dossier was gathered from a British PR firm paid for by the Hillary campaign. That’s what they used to get a FISA warrant to spy on Trump.

The info in the memo will be, in part, fisa reviews and the FBI's admissions of wrong doing to the court.
