Will we see a response from NFL sponsors?

Will Budweiser, for example, come out and say they disagree with Donald? Every damn red neck in the country would switch to Miller Lite from Bud Light over night I think.

The people calling the shots at these major corporations collective wheels must be spinning out of control. To me it'll be interesting to see if they address any of what is taking place. It has more people talking about the NFL than ever, and viewership is declining. Do they want their products assosciated with ANY of this? We shall see I suppose.

No one gives a shite.

Rednecks who are pissed about kneeling players don't have the dollars to influence corporations.

And they will continue to still drink shite Bud no matter what.

No. They are controlled by the govt. spin machine. What the NFL is doing makes no sense. Unless you are being heavily influenced by liberal logic.

No he doesn't get it at all.

You don't think millions of people across the country ceasing to use a product and switching to their competitors would have an impact on that corporation?

Yep people who watch the NFL don't have money, that's why a commercial during the Super Bowl costs $3M for a 30 second spot.

Smart Companies will try to remain silent. But I'm sure a few companies will do the whole virtue signaling thing

I need to find out who the sponsors are - I haven't watched so I don't know who to write to.

I will write to every one of them to say I am stopping buying their product whether I do buy it now or not.

The right has most of the purchasing power in this country but has generally refrained from using it as a means for political change. I wouldn’t be completely against it.

Don't piss off middle class America. We got Trump elected and we'll keep the NFL on its downward spiral.

Cajun here, not a redneck, but I've already cut out ESPN and haven't watched a single NFL game this season. Dumb players aren't realizing that they're just hurting their long-term futures by pissing off the fans that pay their salaries. I think the NFL days are numbered anyway as the concussion lawsuits and talk of banning this dangerous sport continues to percolate.
