Putting our coaching search out to the likes of Saban, Meyer, etc. - Pianoman
sounds weak and desperate to me. As for Jimbo, I think that ship has sailed and the more we offer him, the more put off he will be. I think we need to look at young guys whose stock is rising and will be content to stay here for a long time. Herman would be first on my list, followed by Kyle Whit...

re: Per Culotta - Dameyune Craig will have big influence on playcalling - Pianoman
If he can incorporate any kind of two minute hurry-up offense without some kind of motion penalty it'll be great. Every time we tried hurry up before there would be a motion penalty on the very first hurry up play!...

If another team picks Les up - Pianoman
will that school have to pay LSU to buy out his contract or no since he's been fired?...

re: I was hoping they would not have Coach O as Interim HC - Pianoman
I fear that even if he loses 3-4 more games this season that he will be kept as HC to save the program some money after buying out Les' contract....

As much as I like Orgeron on staff.... - Pianoman
Anyone think that LSU is just wanting to see how he manages the rest of the season to possibly keep him on as head coach and save some money rather than spend what it takes to get a big name here?...

re: Does Harris play a role in the LSU offense moving forward? - Pianoman
Etling is a much better QB than Harris. Harris should remain on the bench unless Etling gets hurt, and then I'm not sure the next guy wouldn't be better than Harris as well....

We will lose AT LEAST 2 more, could be 4 - Pianoman
That's the sad reality as the wheels are starting to come off. If you're wanting Miles replaced though, it's got to happen....

re: Out of town, just saw the score, what happened? - Pianoman
Playing not to lose, same as always. We recover fumble inside Auburn's 20. Then 3 straight running plays....had field goal in mind from the instant the fumble was recovered. No urgency until the last minute of the game. Turnovers, stupid penalties, horrible punting, missed field goal....

Playing not to lose - Pianoman
Besides the turnovers, playing for the field goal after recovering the fumble inside the opponent's red zone will always come back to bite you. We showed no urgency until the last drive. Our offensive line's run blocking ability and our kicking/punting ability is going to kill us this year....

re: We lost, clock was zero on snap - Pianoman
Don't think the clock goes to zero until all of the tenths of a second are expired....

Second QB played much better today than the one did against LSU. We'll see how they play against Michigan and Ohio State in the next couple of weeks. ...

re: Georgia is exactly why you dont get rid of MILES - Pianoman
The exception would be if we can get Herman. I don't see us getting Saban or Meyer, and anyone else would he a downgrade, a lateral move or a crapshoot.
Really....so you've got Miles at #4 of all coaches in the country?? :rotflmao: :rotflmao:...

re: I have the want for more Les ! - Pianoman
Our wins are almost as painful as our losses these days. Les should have retired after 2011....hasn't done squat with great talent since then. Time for new blood....

re: everybodies counting us out - Pianoman
Nope, nope....best case scenario is that we've got 2 more losses in the tank, and could have as many as 4. Les isn't the same coach he was when he got here, and other teams have improved since 2011 while we've declined. Heck, our wins are only slightly less painful than our losses now. Les has re...

Makes you wonder why they didn't go right back to the onside kick the second time rather than kicking it deep....
