I am 67 years old and I am a very good boxer.
Regardless of my age. if someone bigger or stronger than me physically abused me, I would first tell them that they may win the fight but their face would not be as pretty as it was before the fight.
That usually made them think twice about fighting me but if they still wanted to fight then I made sure their face wasn't as pretty as before the fight.
