Why has Trump not reversed Obama's intel sharing EO yet?

The EO legalized intel sharing amongst every agency without individuals having to be vetted by the agency themselves. It gave a lot of teeth to would be leakers who have a grudge and made it easier for sensitive information to get to the press. It's an EO that has only emboldened the police state attitude of the deep state.
Trump needs to reverse this EO immediately if he wants to make it harder for the leakers to get the necessary information.

Just like the "nuclear option" in the Senate that will bite the Ds in the butt, the Ds may regret this when it is used against them. And Trump probably has no qualms about using it.

Obama made it so the NSA's SIGINT data are now shared with all 16 agencies without having anything redacted or vetted. This means that hundreds (thousands?) of people in the IC now have access to all of this crap on demand. This means there are far more opportunities for people to leak and it will be much harder to narrow it down to whom is leaking.
It's clear Obama did this to cover his tracks in his illegal monitoring of the Trump campaign.

Naw, frick that shite.
This is a terrible and dangerous EO that is anti liberty and will be used to harass private citizens by police state types. It serves no purpose other than to enrich and bulk up the surveillance state. It needs to go the frick away and I hope patriots like Rand Paul and Justin Amash call him out on this.
