Cause the ($$$) media frames everything they do as a hate crime. White person parks illegally = hate crime. Illegal kills a white child because they're white = no crime. Wake up people.

Yeah I don't think the word disproportionate is what you meant to use here?
Your stats actually look to show the exact opposite, that whites are disproportionately low in their hate crimes:

However, the flaw is that it's still such a small percentage, using population numbers gets into any number of fallacies.

I didn't read all of the posts in this thread so I don't know what's been said.
The whole basis of hate crimes is absolute bullshite. To insinuate that a crime against an individual is more severe because of differences in race or ethnicity is absolutely ludicrous. It perpetuates the inequality that it was designed to eliminate.
