Based on past precedent, we have 6+ years to blame the previous administration.
Though I imagine most will blame Trump when he screws up. Unlike the left, the right loves to criticize its own.

Well, Obama and his supporters were able to blame Bush for 8 years.
Trump's supporters have 4-8 years to blame Obama.

There are some things that have a lag to them. I will blame Trump for what he, in my opinion, messes up.
