I'm not even sure how to process this BS.
I know it's a scripted incident for a tv show, but this is proof of at least a writer (or writers) pushing this BS onto people, who likely don't even see that they are being fed this propaganda.
And then there's the idiot's explanation as to why she would be willing to drop the charges. This animal will not be rehabilitated. This animal will only do it again, and maybe even be emboldened to kill the next victim.
She's an idiot for suggesting that sending him to jail will ruin his life because he's a "teenager".

The clip you provided from the episode shows the two regular cast members (ie “heroes” of the show) disagreeing with the idiot woman.
If you take 2 minutes to google an episode recap, you will also see that the idiot woman does NOT drop the charges, but instead they convince her to go through with her testimony and she does.
Perhaps the “board cops” should call you out for posting false information, or maybe you should have the integrity to call yourself out.
FWIW, I’ve read one review by a leftist who also criticized the idea that a rape victim would advocate letting off a rapist because of systematic racism as ridiculous,
and also pointed out the absurdity of the plot line that the woman’s black adopted brother had been treated more harshly when they were kids and stole a pack of gum together being justification for her belief.
So no, Dick Wolf is not “pushing” the idea that black rapist should be let off - in fact, the exact opposite argument was made.

But, to keep things accurate, she did not drop the charges, but the detective had to coax her into identifying the perp in open court.

My point above though is noting the OP is spreading a false narrative, and in that regard accuracy DOES matter.
Through its main characters, the show clearly made the point to show that the woman’s refusal to testify was wrong - and the woman saw the error of her ways and did in fact testify.
