Telling someone you won't host them doesn't infringe on their 1st amendment right. Telling a group they can't protest does.
Protesting is obviously a threat to the community's security. It needs to be banned for the safety of the public. It's common sense.

When no one will invite you, go speak somewhere else. When you aren't wanted, they don't have to spend money on you coming.

Guns on the black market in Australia cost in the $10,000s.

RA'd again for antagonizing the board.
Admins, please ban this guy. It's for everyone's safety and he doesn't have a right to be here.
It's common sense.

Did I miss something where Spencer was not following Florida's rules on public speaking events?

Publicly funded University.
Either they allow anyone to speak or no one to speak. No in between.
That's a perfectly fine opinion to have but it has nothing to do with the first amendment
University speakers is not a first amendment issue no matter how hard either side tries to make it out to be

Sorry you're triggered by me turning your ideology back on you. I know retards like you never think too far ahead.
Now please leave TD. It's common sense.

They both suck, but until Spencer advocates for the murder of police, I will think he's a better person than anyone in BLM.

The courts have said otherwise.

Everyone who demands that Universities give Spencer and others a platform.
Who is everyone? Is he being denied free speech? In other words is someone trying to block him from speaking? If so, instead of them blocking him from speaking, why can't they just not go to listen to him speak?

Link?

There is a difference between blocking someone from speaking and blocking someone from speaking in a specific location.

By linking speakers to recognized organizations, the university can play the "hostile learning environment" card that was codified by the Americans with Disabilities Act (I think).
You have a professor who advocated for killing whites, but that was not considered a hostile learning environment.

He did not advocate killing of whites.

So we should accept a court ruling as law? Is that your opinion? So each time the court system overturns a Trump EO you have accepted their decision?
