I'm referencing a common sense rule. Florida is going to waste half a million of taxpayer money to let a troll come taunt people because he will sell books.

You are leaving out details.
This rule was adopted after Spencer spoke at A&M.
The university decides which groups are official organizations.
The timing of that rule change is suspect and allows the university to leave conservatives out in the cold.

A law banning something should have a reason. The law should address a problem.
