People get fired every day for post they make at home on Facebook? So don't pretend that first amendment rights sheild players from negative consequences.

You all should know that a majority of people don't give a rat's arse if the NFL players do or don't.

Not as much as their lost percentage of viewership. Goodell's legacy.

The dumb ones will be easily manipulated until they reach the point where the stay woke until they stay broke.

Let them learn this lesson they have it coming to then if they decide to act out and refuse patriotism.

Trump didn't say they couldn't do it. He is saying that if he was a team owner, and their employer, and they pull this stupid shite on company time against company policy, that he would fire their arse.

Big Ben sexually assaulted 2 women and I didn't see this much anger thrown at him and threats to not watch.

Player rapes two women = silence

Players take a knee= I'm appalled and will not watch.

Thats this boards logic

Rape is horrible, murder is worse , but neither story is forced on fans every single game.

Apples and oranges. The things you are talking about, while certainly despicable, are conducted privately by individuals.
The protest are both organized and nationally televised.

What percentage of fans won't watch.

I'll be part of it.

Only watched the Steelers so far this season. Any Steelers kneel and I'll never watch a game again .

Couldn't care less about the NFL these days

Saying it and doing it are 2 different things

A Cowboy might kneel this week

If Dez or Zeke kneel you think hes cutting them?

Trump next needs to push for more Asian and Hispanic football players and initiate an EEOC investigation.

Its funny, just 5-7 years ago, the NFL was my favorite sport to watch. If time permitted, I would watch games besides the Saints, and tune in on Monday night as well.

Now I record the Saints games, normally FF through most of the crappy game, as needed, and would never for a second watch any non-saints related NFL.

As my disgust rises with the NFL, I now get my violence fix from the UFC. No politics, no leftwing bullshite, just international competition and a true test of skill and heart.

It's also pretty hard not to notice, that fighters from EVERY other nation proudly display the flags and love their countries. It is not-common to see this from American fighters. Why is it that the TRULY greatest Nation on the planet seems to love itself the least?

Did he do that?

He simply encoruraged the owners to respond by exercising theirs in response.
