She's obviously in denial. It's very common among women who are beaten constantly by their mean abusive boyfriends.

Only if it hits the fault line. We don't need any relocations. Let them float off to HI.

To sum it up, campus entities are using Title IX for enforcement actions on campuses that involve no due process.

yes

but they are required to do this due to threats by the Obama admin

Dear College Letter

quote:

In order to assist recipients, which include school districts, colleges, and universities (hereinafter “schools” or “recipients”) in meeting these obligations, this letter1 explains that the requirements of Title IX pertaining to sexual harassment also cover sexual violence, and lays out the specific Title IX requirements applicable to sexual violence.

I would love to see some real journalists put together numbers on how prevalent title 9 claims have become recently. I think it would shock the shite out of the public. I can think of two alone in the last year for a professional school of a few hundred people.

The Dear Colleague letter is one of the scariest pieces of statist policy that has come around in a long, long time.

the problem is the data is sealed. read the response from USC

and, just using this example, the USC kicker can't really show his hand b/c he'll probably sue the shite out of USC

that's why the actual victim in the Columbia scandal didn't get to say anything publicly until he literally filed his lawsuit

Title IX needs a major update. Have said this for a long time. One of Obama's failures IMO.

The guidelines that we have been given on Title IX as college administrators can easily be interpreted as:

Female student breaks up with Male boyfriend. Male boyfriend calls her a stupid bitch. That is sexual abuse. Any previous consensual activity is rape.

I don't have sons, but if I did, I would be very careful at the environment that I sent them to college in. Research residence halls, majors, and Title IX/diversity offices too.

My cousins daughter is playing football in Hattiesburg, MS(she is a kicker). If she or someone similar to her is recruited by a D1 school it could help with the IX.

Ironic that a woman in this situation would be told to sit down on the fainting couch while the adults decided her fate, isn't it?

Sooooooo will we one day be referring to USC as the Fighting Boermeesters instead of the Trojans?

USC is going on strictly hearsay evidence by an onlooker who was not involved with alleged participants in the alleged assault.

Alleged victim has stated on numerous occasions and publicly that there was no assault , sexual or otherwise.

USC determines that the "victim" must be in denial despite the fact tat said victim adamantly holds that there was no assault and that there was just some playful shoving

So despite both parties saying there is nothing to the allegations . The "victim" is not pressing any charges or making any allegations, USC in it's "investigation" decides to play psychologist and determines that Katz is is denial. Then kicks Boermeester out of school thereby voiding his athletic scholarship despite the fact that no assault occured?

If USC were a public university (It is a private school) Boermeester would have grounds for a massive lawsuit(he still does)and the state university would HAVE to reinstate him pending the outcome of te criminal investigation which would be stopped after the first interview when the alleged victim looks at the cops like they are crazy when she tells them that they don't know what they are talking about , but more importantly, she does not know what they are talking about.

I wonder what a Fighting Boermeester mascot would look like on a helmet
