Basically, without proof of what occurred (in total), a debate on the level of punishment is a rather useless endeavor.

Video of Capitol Police opening the doors to the rotunda and moving out of the way would say it was okay. He didn’t break in if he was let in by law enforcement.

Biden holds the title of President of the United States. Harris holds the title of Vice-President of the United States. The democracy have control of the House and Senate and the Republicans are scrambling to hopefully prevent as much damage as possible to this country, but in reality they are powerless because at anytime the democrats can just decide they want to change the rules and ram through anything they want. So far cooler heads have prevailed.
But make no mistake, NO ONE cares what you, me or anyone else things about the 2020 election. Everyone else has moved on save for a few who just keep spinning their wheels and falling further and further behind.
