You mean anyone who saw police waving them into the building?

So, in your view, they should have assumed that meant they were doing something wrong?

I mean, I’m definitely not going to stay in here forever. Anything specific you’d like me to address that I haven’t already?

Is this where we're going to pretend he was not making fun of the already circulating terminology from that day, or where we're going to pretend that all words said by people mean exactly what they stated? Should I go round up all the "fight like hell" quotes from Democrats that went unpunished...even though they were advocating violence if you take them at their word?

Again...two sets of rules.

Everything you've said has been refuted, but you ignored all that because it's inconvenient.

Liberals have destroyed this country and the rights of men.

The government serves us. Not the other way around.

Yes, anyone who saw this and proceeded is out of their mind, and deserved what they got.

From looking at this guy, I’m not going to say it’s impossible that he really is that stupid of a person, and if that’s the case, I’d suggest his court appointed attorney argue that he is not mentally fit to stand trial.

Should he be locked in solitary confines for 11 months in one of the worst jails in the country? Beaten by guards, denied basic hygiene?

I agree. What makes you think this guy saw that? Is that in the charging documents or did you just assume it?

the judges and prosecutors involved with this farce should be disbarred, tarred and feathered.

Should anyone? The answer is probably no, but it’s also not something I’m going to lose any sleep over in certain situations.

Did this guy take anything? Did he use physical force against anyone?

If no, he committed no crimes.

Really?

It bothers me immensely anyone in this country is being persecuted for their political beliefs.

If antofa was actually charged with anything (and had to serve time) i would be appalled if they got treated that way- and they are way more deserving since they do real terrorists acts

I am going to assume that he knew that he wasn’t supposed to be there, because that’s what any reasonable person would think. However, I could be wrong in that he is not a reasonable person.

I’m literally shaking thinking about how close this guy came to toppling our government.

That's not really a legal foundation for imprisoning someone.

Why? Isn't there video of capitol police waving hundreds inside with an admonishment, "just keep it peaceful"?
