January 6th should be a dire warning to us all. There's +200 republican house members and 50 republican senators and only a small handful of those republicans have spoken out against the treatment of dozens of Americans incarcerated for the crimes of trespassing, assault and destruction of property.

Conservative leadership is inept and weak....that's why nothing ever changes in DC and it's why hundreds of Americans are being harassed by the FBI over a mainly peaceful protest.

The list was updated on 12/6 and I can't find a story or link about this anywhere. You would think the beer joke would get posted around if it was real.

Looks fake.

It's real. Search for it on twitter. The criminal complaint was just filed with the court on Friday.

At least 227 demonstrators were arrested between the start of the nomination hearings on Tuesday and the end of testimony on Friday, according to the U.S. Capitol Police. Most of those charged this week with disorderly conduct, crowding or obstructing paid fines of $35 or $50.

Lol ffs. Multiple days of chaos and you pay a $35 - $50 fine

Nope, same dude. I didn't circle anything. That's from the criminal complaint. That's obviously showing the back of him.

I don't think he's even been arrested yet so nobody is talking about him having spent a year in jail.

You think because someone hasn't been arrested yet means a crime wasn't committed?

no i dont consider what he did a crime.

Now if he used physical force or destroyed property or took property then he did.

I dont know if he did that.

Okie dokie- that's fine and all, but what you consider to be a crime and what is actually a crime aren't necessarily the same thing.

Honest question, Mickey - do you believe the FBI played a role in the escalation of what happened on 1/6? And if so, does that trouble you at all?

I don't think they did. If they did, yes that would trouble me. Personally, I think the FBI/Capitol Police were just totally unprepared and inept.

The Women's March twitter account used that same phrase when they interrupted Kav's hearing. Never saw any arrests or outrage.
