All they have to do is tell people they are doing what they’re doing to keep people safe and they’re in like Flynn.
It routinely happens here too ever since 9/11 and I never expected to see Americans not only tolerate but readily accept the phenomenon of giving up freedoms for a false promise of safety.

The flip side of that argument is fatties taking up space in hospitals that could otherwise be used for healthy adults with actual health problems, driving up costs for people who need legit medical help.
It's hard to say socialized medicine bad while complaining about hospital costs and lack of availability due to people who eat trash everyday with no repercussions.
