I gave up trying to grow them in the suburbs after reading how many people had issues with fruiting. They'd have 10-15 trees all mature and still nothing.
If I ever buy some rural wooded land I'll plant a few...

Generally an independent arborist verification of a tree's poor health, followed by subsequent failure to remove said tree (by neighbor on neighbor's property) protects you and gives your insurance company more ground to stand on should they sue for subrogation.

I agree...it's ok for the daily peen measuring contests, but there's not a lot of context for an actual debate.
Where people are picked has a lot to do with team need & dumb front offices (ATL FailCan'ts), not to mention the early 1st rd picks throw a LOT more weight into the equation than anyth...
