Law applies to anyone born on or after Jan 1 2009, banning them from ever purchasing tobacco and nicotine products such as cigarettes, cigars, vape.
Law is the signature statement from Conservative Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and has full support from the Labour and Liberal Democrat opposition parties.
