He makes no point. The President reports to and works for the citizens, but this Roy Cohn trained piece of garbage doesn't understand that, what a surprise. He thinks he is Putin, no just his arse-kisser. The world's most powerful liar is learning the rules of politics. The republicans are a joke as the great deal-maker can't get it done. I guess he and his staff are only used to making deals with their own kind, the Russians. What an embarrassment, they can't get through their own legislation and their limp leader cannot get it done.
