Thousands of Women Knitting ‘Pussy’ Hats to Wear to Protest Trump’s Inauguration

I have now, seen it all. quote:
Women’s marches are scheduled in Washington DC and other major cities the day following Donald Trump’s inauguration and women across the country are knitting pink “pussy” hats to wear at the protests.
The hats have little cat ears and are an obvious homage to Trump’s infamous “grab them by the pussy” comment.
The Pussyhat Project was started by two Los Angeles women who published designs for the hat online. The movement spread and now thousands are getting together to knit the hats to distribute at the marches.

My liberal aunt and cousin are seriously taking off work to fly to Washington to join that Million Woman march or whatever to protest the inauguration. They legitimately think Trump is worse than Hitler and about to start nuclear war. It took everything I had to not burst out laughing during their melt over Christmas dinner. They were on the verge of tears. I think it would have given them both heart attacks if I told them I voted for MAGA.
My family is very conservative on the whole. That is the one liberal wacko branch most families have. They are both college professors, go figure.
