Out of curiosity, I saw images of necrotic skin ulcerations that are posed on-line. Those were some nasty looking pictures with a Walking Dead look which is why I'm not including them here.

quote:

“We believe that the majority of the xylazine has been introduced at the middle to retail level drug dealer primarily added at packaging houses, table houses as we call them around here, where a bulk quantity of fentanyl is broken down” a law enforcement official told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Xylazine is not just deadly when mixed with opioids; it can also cause potentially deadly necrotic skin ulcerations.

“The scourge of the drug epidemic continues to ravage communities in Texas and across the country. To protect our citizens, we must work swiftly to prevent deadly new drugs like tranq [xylazine] and the truly horrifying side effects that come with it from taking hold,” said Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas.

I hope more of this happens.

I’ll gladly sacrifice the rare poor bastard who broke his leg and developed an opioid addiction to kill off the majority of smack heads who entered into the life willingly.

Sometimes you have to accept that you’ll break a few eggs to make an omelette

You can catch all kinds of diseases doing intravenous drug use especially among a group of people who never learned basic aseptic technique, like don't reuse needles. Who knew?

How often does someone hooked on opioids due to an injury turn to illegal sources of drugs, rather than clean up, once their doctor will no longer prescribe them?

I know many people who endured excruciating pain rather than take opioids in the first place.

Because everyone willingly tries something thinking, “man I hope I get addicted to this after one hit, it ruins my life, and the cartel has laced it with a fleshing eating chemical.”

It is a complicated problem and unfortunately the user takes the brunt of the blame.

The user shouldn’t take the brunt of the blame? They are the demand side of the equation. Without demand, there is no supply.

As they should.

If you keep taking this crap, you'll get addicted. Its not rocket surgery.

In this day and age there are very few people that don’t understand the ramifications of drug use, certain drugs in particular. You want to play with fire, have at it.

Agree. Everyone should already be aware of the consequences.

No one forced me to become addicted to alcohol. I thought I could beat the train across the track.

You're right. Oxycontin and fentanyl are so much better.

Drug policies, immigration policies, pharmaceutical companies, poverty, education, trade agreements that have gutted manufacturing jobs across the country, medical practices, etc also play a big role.

Blaming the user for 40 years isn’t working. They are a key factor in the equation but blaming user policies isn’t working.

Fent was the tip of the iceberg.

Xylaxine, Tranq, and Isotonitszine are the bulk.

There’s truckloads of it heading everywhere.

Funded by your govt.
