This is what happens when you give a cuck/beta, 5'8", and 160lb loser arse pos an ar-15.

I hate trigger happy pussies.

I forgot about this. Officer that shot the guy had this on his gun. Not exactly a good thing to have and makes me question why this man was allowed to have this on his rifle. Department shouldn't have let someone that had this be an officer.

Why does a police officer even need that gun

I can hit an 8 inch plate from 200-250 yards using the iron sight on any AR-15

What exactly is this piece of shite targeting at that 15 feet?

We have tacticoooled out a bunch of retards with this. Give me my tax dollars back

That you would condemn a million over the actions of one is appalling.

Honestly... The cop was a pussy. Home boy wearing full body armor in a hotel hallway in front of two crying kids who obviously don't want to get shot, yet he goes the he man route. I'm a gun enthusiast and military member but that dude clearly has some PTSD from raiding houses in the sand box. Why didn't he just walk up to the dude when he obviously had his hands splayed out? You've got a .556 rifle aimed at his head, tell him if he moves he's toast and then go cuff his arse.

I side with the cop 99% of the time but not in this video. That was disturbing and that POS cop should be killed. Gives all good cops a bad name.

They don't need one like it. Their reasoning for having one though is that due to larger scale riots, organized crime, etc. they should have military type equipment "to be able to better protect citizens".
This man should not have been an officer. Dude was jumpy and when you have "Youre fricked" on your rifle you should be removed from the force then and there.
Job is to uphold the law. And upon rewatching the video you are correct. No he should not have shot this man.
The guy is not just crawling towards him, he has his head down and is crying. No need to pull the trigger, yet he walks.

Well, you're a boot-licking pussy. A badge, a vest, and a minimal number of hours in training do not give anyone the right to commit murder. I'm sorry you don't have enough dignity to value your own life, but hopefully you'll gain reason to in time.

The fact that some anonymous stranger claimed to have seen a gun means NOTHING. Do people not see how fricking dangerous this is? Is it really OK for anyone to just say the magic words and get a fricking short-dicked pig to go execute someone for you with no investigation or trial? No. That is not OK.

Philip Mitchell Brailsford should be headed for death row.

Wait what?

He didn’t get shot for moving.

Or even moving in a way a cop didn’t expect.

He got shot for unnaturally twisting his arm around his shoulder and behind his body, which makes no sense with an ordered kneeling crawl that would have your hands on the ground at all times, especially if drunk and needing to maintain balance and he did it 30 seconds after being warned that if that was tried again they would fire.

Not saying the shooting was clearly justified, but people here are acting like the cops fired at the first provocation (which was when he very rapidly sent both hands behind his back).

As to why they just didn’t arrest him where he dropped: he was at the door. If there was a third suspect, they would be in the crossfire of an ambush.

Its a drunk dude who did nothing illegal at all

Like he literally was more innocent than a newborn

He then was laying on the ground with his arms and legs out for minutes asking to be cuffed

If you think they didnt order him to crawl like that so they could shoot him you are a retard

That kid was scared to death and no threat, the cop should be executed by the state for that. That was an execution and the family members are going to want his head on a pike.

The cop who shot him apparently was not the one baiting him just so you know. Not that it much matters considering the result but a lot of people are confusing the two officers because it does in fact set a narrative that the cop was trigger happy.

Technically speaking, this statement is literally impossible to be true.

Worth the death penalty for the crime, of course not.

But the statement that it was a rigged game is the kind of over the top insanity that I was speaking against.

What, you think there was a sigh of disappointment when she complied with no violence? A thought that at least there will be another chance?

Was the cop over the top even prior to the shooting to the point of deserving reprimand and possibly even dismissal from that role?

Yes.

Should the kid been killed?

No.

Is the kid blameless?

Still no.

You can debate where the frick up was, but it was there somewhere. And you can bet for damn sure I’m not going to bend up and backwards from a kneeling position and reach behind me seconds after a cop told me he was going to shoot me if I did that again. I don’t give a frick how drunk I am.

Well shite.

If true it literally changes everything in the “set up for murder” argument.

Although I guess it was a conspiracy pre planned between them.

Hey a-hole

You seem to ignore the fact he DID NOTHING WRONG AT ALL

Who the frick even cares if he was drunk

You could be sitting at home right now and have cops bust in and give you the same demands

Shooting a person in the hotel walkway for doing NOTHING is pathetic North Korea like bullshite

Cops love it though

Um.

Considering you were the one that brought it up as the first line of your point....

You?

quote:

And you can bet for damn sure I wouldn’t do anything that this guy did.

Starting with: if I’m completely plastered to the point I don’t have full conscious control of myself, and a cop flat out asks me if I am drunk at all or if I thought I had any impairment that would inhibit following instructions, would I state I was as sober as a nun.

But not ending there.

But you are going a good job of proving my point.

In case you missed mine: I am not defending the cop. Might have missed as well my saying he arguably should have been fired even pre shooting in your self righteous vitriol. I am just pointing out some of the over the top and irrational viewpoints being brought up here that the evidence doesn’t support.
