Sorry, you seem to prefer to use the Constitution as toilet paper instead.

Once again, have you ever read the Constitution? Apparently not. Maybe you should have stayed awake in American History class.

Goes hand in hand with the rest of what I asked. And the current state of affairs.

My opinion though, you can disagree. Won't bother me.

What could be more Marxist than having small children pledge fealty to a flag and a sovereign

Most marxists are statist...but one does not equal the other

Where does the constitution say you can't pray at a high school event? It just says congress can't make a law enacting a national religion.

I really don't care about this issue, but I am 100% triggered about a moment of silence(Have the balls to ask for a prayer or shut the frick up about it)

BTW When is congress and SCOTUS going to stop "violating" the constitution by opening every session with "prayer"

Congrats on pissing on the Constitution.

Ah yes, I see you've read the oft-ignored Article X, Section III: Congress shall make no laws making small children say the pledge of allegiance in schools.

exactly.... so we should let a different religious affiliation do their prayer each week... after all, there is no formally established national religion, and "God", could be any one of the multiple religious entities that people claim to follow...

It was a socialist ritual before "under God" was added in 1954. Now it's a religious ritual.

The Constitution says that the SCOTUS determines this. And the SCOTUS has - for both prayer and the pledge. Deal with it.
SCOTUS says Bush won the election over Gore. Tell your side to "deal with it", preferably without whining about it year in and year out.

It kills me how leftists cringe at the pledge and the national anthem, but suddenly become extremely patriotic about OUR VALUES over some scribble on the Statue of Liberty and tranny soldiers.

Do you even know what socialism really is? Socialism is not evil or wrong. It is a better system than Capitalism if executed honestly. There is no real socialism in the world bc people are selfish and greedy and use socialism for their own power and gain.

Socialism means sharing
Capitalism means not sharing

"Be a cheerful giver" is better than let's see if we can horde billions of dollars in wealth for ourselves.

Correct. Of course, since I voted for Bush and like him, I imagine whatever non-point you're trying to advance falls flat.
