"Just finished watching this mini series on the history and channel and must say it was very good. While I new most of what was on it did learn some things about JP Morgan. Diffidently worth watching if you can. Was basically about how Vanderbilt, Carnegie, Rockefeller, and Morgan created and shaped American history. Anyone else watch it?"

I heard from Rev.'s Al and Jesse that slaves built America. You mean it was actually smart old white guys?

I watched last night. I thought it was good. Very interesting on the McKinley/Jennings Bryant election.

The reason we have unions today is because of these guys - or it started with them. Read "The Jungle" by Upton Sinclair.

Watched most of it. It was interesting.

Did the documentary include the part about them meeting clandestinely on Jeckyll Island off the coast of Georgia and conspiring to create the entity of the Federal Reserve so the Treasury could perhaps print money from nothing some day to bail out the government. ...and then get paid back in gold backed money + interest from tax payers?

It's the main problem with our economy today.
