They wouldn't even tell Bill when he was POTUS.

Snowden is our only hope.

But but but.... The safeguards are beyond reproach! 9/11!

Just a couple of questions.

Seeing as how many of you on this board call him a traitor, how would you prefer this information to have come to light?

Do you think your preferred scenario is likely, considering that the government is so well-known for forfeiting power voluntarily?

Do you think this kind of thing is cool and it should have remained secret forever?

It would be beyond epic if Snowden found the Lerner emails.

If Snowden were honest enough to drop those emails with Obama on the other end...I'd be fine with him heading up the NSA. Really!

Everytime something new comes out the left just moves the goal post. Well at least they didn't do X, then the next account comes out and it is X. Then the left says, well at least it wasn't Y...

TD Poliboard and r/politics are mirror versions of each other on different sides of the political spectrum, they do have a few things in common.

Guys, this only proves that NSA is under-funded.

I think Decatur ate a 9MM round, personally I hope he used a jar of peanut butter so it wouldn't taste as bad.

Among the most valuable contents — which The Post will not describe in detail, to avoid interfering with ongoing operations — are fresh revelations about a secret overseas nuclear project, double-dealing by an ostensible ally, a military calamity that befell an unfriendly power, and the identities of aggressive intruders into U.S. computer networks.

I was think if not the peanut butter we would get a 1500 word blathering megalink of horeshit, to prove well nothing. Sadly one didn't result, the other we will get as soon as you get your proverbial marching orders.

I am convinced the liberals on this board are paid. Except for Spidey. There is no way anyone can say what the IRS and NSA have done/are doing is what they want our government doing to its citizens.

No way anyone would take pages out of an Ayn Rand or Orwell book and create a government out of them like a cliche or caricature of a government.

Is this why our leaders want so many people from third world countries to come here? Because they are used to government treating them like this so they will welcome it with open arms?

I'm of two minds on Snowden. I sure don't like the NSA for a lot of reasons. I think they have been renegades in many ways for the last 15 years. I don't have much expectation of privacy nowadays, but still this is too much. However I believe he has placed individuals at grave risk due to his revelations and harmed the US's relationships with other countries.
