so they monitored the 2004 and 2008 elections I presume?

it must have been in a different capacity if Texas never said they would do anything about it before...

and I guess just another thing to add to my things I didn't like about Bush

Dunno. What would they be doing differently?

But given steps by Republicans to make it harder for people to vote over the last few years, I can see why Republicans don't want anyone to spoil their efforts.
