This is a stupid comparison and shows your lack of understanding. The majority of the country is white and heterosexual. Your point is invalid and really just helps to prove the point your arguing against.

You're right. I don't understand the whining.

Still don't get why you object to people who aren't white being represented in ads.

You were the one defending pornography in this thread. Then you have the nerve to talk about the elect as if you would be part of that group.

And yet that same formula, applied to mainstream TV and Movies, does not work. So why do they continue to purvey it?
Man, I hate making judgements of people online, especially based on so short an interaction. But this just feels ridiculously arrogant to me.

How can you possibly presume to have more insight into how a nationwide insurance firm should reach the largest number of customer than the actual firm itself? How much money, time, effort and study do you suppose State Farm commits to developing a marketing strategy?

And I don't know why different strategies work better for 30 second ads than for full-length movies, that's not something I've ever spent invested time investigating. But the idea that these mediums don't reach people in identical ways makes perfect sense to me. I have no idea how that's relevant to the discussion

The ad shows a white person, a black person, a man, and a woman.

That "reaches" a lot of people in this country.

Are you suggesting there aren't hard working middle class black men?

That's what it sounds like to me.

I guess I'll believe him instead of my lying eyes. I'm not getting any younger so maybe I need dicker glasses.

At a proportionate equivalency to other male demographics . . . Yes, that's exactly what I'm suggesting.

Clearly they made the evaluation that it reaches marginally more people than actors of identical race. Is that really so unbelievable?

Whatever faction of the right some of you claim are equally as embarrassing as the far left and their racism. I love how some bitch about how the left if the intolerant group and then this thread happens. #MAGA and go kill yourself if you sincerely believe the racist shite coming out from some of y'all.

First, that's not what you said

Second, it stands to reason those who are would be preferentially selected for marriage by women over those who are not

It's unlikely his affluent educated daughter is going to shack up with a crack dealer
