I didn't say it was horrible. It kinda was, but worse is the fact that you apparently don't see anything wrong with it.

You have a problem saying "liberal", it's always "libtard". Then, upon finding out a particular poster is black, you're like "oh, that explains it", and then go on to write that he must have been indoctrinated.

Has it never crossed your mind that it's people like you, with your obvious contempt for anything your party deems "liberal ideology", and your admitted association of blacks with liberals, that turns black people away from your party? You are the perfect answer to your own question, so that's why I asked if you had even read what you've been posting.

Completely fine with that. This state is full of the stupid.

Maybe I should change my position to the "top 50% intelligence-wise in each state" are allowed to vote. That'll give each state a voice.

So I'm just supposed to discount the fact that blacks vote Democrat 90% of the time? Every fricking person who can read a statistic associates blacks with liberals. You'd have to be an idiot or totally ignorant to not associate it. 90 percent!

So are you saying that I'm insensitive for pointing it out? If so, that's bullshite and I DGAF.

Most liberals I know would claim most blacks aren't liberal.

You didn't just point it out, you went on to suggest that a poster must have been indoctrinated at a young age immediately after you found out he was black. You "blame" his liberal opinions on his family, rather than own up to the fact that you and your party do not exactly create an environment or support policies that are attractive to most non-whites.

I wish I was scamming. The good news is at work they have lightened my workload so I can work as long as possible. They also said a price couldn't be put on my value to the company. Which was a surprise cause I spend most of my time posting here and my boss knows it cause he posts here too.

It's pretty embarrassing for conservatives when someone says the kind of ignorant shite that he has. Like I said, it's why we can't have nice things.

Our system is based on one man one vote, and it needs to be protected.

Each citizen in good standing should have his right to vote. Everyone is equal. Nothing should be done to hinder a citizen from voting.

On the other hand everything should be done to keep someone from voting twice. The right of one man one vote works both ways. You can not let anyone vote twice without screwing everyone else.

Is "the ole fashion way" enough to cover 50K in tuition plus living expenses? Plus leave time to, IDK, actually study?

How's it goin, O? Man, this is a really long thread and I haven't read it. But in terms of student loans, tuition, etc. The old fashioned way was:
a. pay for college
b. don't go to college
c. get a scholarship

My parents couldn't do 'a' and let me know when I was about 12 years old.

I studied really hard and went with 'c.' Living expenses were covered by something called 'work.' Started working at 12.

About 90% of my fellow students at Centenary went with 'a.' Because they had wealthy parents. Good for them. I never felt envious. Even though they could afford to join a fraternity and I could not. The rich kids always treated me with kindness and respect even though they knew I was dirt poor.

They even invited me to fraternity events that were closed to non members. I always thanked them but declined. My parents raised me to never accept charity. It was just one of those 'ole fashioned' things.

For undergrad, likewise. I had a schollie and got a refund check each semester, so I didn't even have to work for living expenses. But I was talking about more so grad school. Tuition is 50 K and you might have to work 80 hrs/wk. There is no side job that can cover that. These aren't the old days.

True. And one of the biggest differences is marriage. Back in the day people got married around age 20. Now, it's more like 30. The pressure of getting settled into a job and supporting kids was greater back then than it is now. My two kids got married at age 26 and had their first children at age 28. By age 26 I already had both of them. Good luck with your studies.
