I don't think I did to you specifically, but I will now. It's a slippery slope bh when you start selecting who can and can not vote.
Yeah, I agree. I've always believe that a govt. strong enough to give, can take away. And when they take away, it can be as discriminate as whoever in power at the time chooses it to be. Giving elected folks or bureaucrats the power to pick winners and losers can turn on you really quickly. I wish people (on both sides) would remember this when giving govt. more power in a specific arena.

Well you aren't admitting defeat, you are going to continue to do all that you can the best that you can. I know it sucks when your body betrays you. But you just have to get beyond that point. Every day we are alive is a good day.

I'd prefer a test that excludes you from voting if you pass.

I guess when you get up put own clothes on and don't have anyone changing your diaper or wearing a diaper for that matter you are in good shape

I don't know I got talked to all kinds of dirty earlier in this thread when I revealed that I would soon have to go on SS

All tax payers should vote. Seniors who paid more than 25 years of taxes should vote, along with the legitimately disabled. The voting age should be 21. Passing a test, like those applying for citizenship do, and having ID, should be required.

Yes. I think everyone's worst nightmare is not being able to take care of ourselves. I know it is mine. I know it is kind of a corny proverb, but sometimes all you have to do is look around you and see what others are dealing with to realize that you aren't in such bad shape.

Have you read the shite you've posted in this thread?
Seriously, what in your eyes is so fricking horrible about what I said? I was asking someone if they were a former naval officer and a liberal. After I asked the question, I read that he was black, so my question was answered.
Is your problem with the quotes I posted? Don't act like those words aren't used in some homes. Just look at all the blacks saying they were going to have to tell their sons to be wary of white men after the Zimmermann trial.
