Mcdaniel actually wanted to CUT SPENDING. Conservatives and liberals both went nutts saying we needed Thad to keep that money flowin to Dixie. Said if we didn't spend it then Alabama would. These people are pathetic. Somebody has got to be the first off the government tit and then more will follow. I was hoping it would be us, but we have too many leaches in MS both conservative and dem.

FYI- have any of you TP voters looked at the county by county map? All McD won was the traditional Klan territories and the white flight Memphis burbs .

Intresting I thought for sure Thad carried Oxford

I didn't say blacks didn't help Thad win. I said that your math was stupid and this artical says nothing to disprove that.

Not that it's done by any reputable research company or anything. I could link wonkette if you want.

But again, how long were you on the ground here?

Your patience is a marvel to me. Debating with trolls will eventually cause you to lose your eloquence. Just see ShortyRob. He used to be eloquent like you.

Nice to know that so many folks from outside of Mississippi know exactly what happened.

Lord Baby Jesus Christ. Are you new to politics? 538 is one of the most reputable election and polling breakdown websites around.

Further, I didn't use any math. I simply noted what is obvious. Cochran appealed to non-Republicans using non-Republican talking points to win a Republican primary.

God forbid. Appeal to non GOP to win. Reagan is spinning in his grave. And BTW your guy is no Reagan. He is a mean spirited little opportunist.

Nah, b...not in a criminal sense. Morally - given this election - they are brethren. Just in the sense that the Cochran (RINO) mode is outmoded, as was Edwards pay to play, and can be ill-afforded nowadays with Obama commandeering the IRS and opening the borders. You think Cochran will stand when they challenge Obama?

The bottom fell out of the GDP last quarter. Just how long do you think we can run on QE? Because that is exactly what is happening.

I think that if the GOP doesn't win the Senate and thad isn't Appropriations Chair, the he resigns soon and Bryant appoints Barbour. Which is ok with me.

stupidest meme on this board.

Dumbest in all of political America. I keep thinking about starting a thread and asking for 1) a list of "real Republicans" and 2) what makes one a "RINO", but I realize I'd be wasting my time.

Perhaps that explains it better.

538 isn't a disreputable website. If you'd like to dispute any of the points he made, feel free.
