Don't get me wrong. Rex will troll every now and then. But I don't think someone having an opinion that doesn't fit in with the community majority makes them a troll. That's just absurd.

It's not the philosophy, it's the posting style that makes him a troll. However, when he actually engages in the subject and debates issues seriously rather than just trolling for effect, he's one of the best. This board is really dull when he gets banned.

He's an obvious troll, I'm surprised some haven't caught on yet. He uses common buzzwords and themes to attract attention. It's always divisive to rile folks up. I just ignore them, they turn into a shitstorm anyway

Imo, this board is one of the least moderated in all of TD and they very rarely, if ever ban anybody on this board for post quality purposes. If it happens, it's a short ban. If they're keeping Rex around, they'll be keeping the conservative trolls like SEC around too.

Several years ago Rex was a pretty formidable debater on this board. Now he vacillates between outright trolling and being completely unhinged.
I respected him back in the day, I can't say I do now. If he has changed the way he conducts himself here just for shits and giggles, more power to him. If not, he's got issues.

Any PT old timers remember several years ago when Rex was interviewed on a local news station? This had to have been 8 years ago or so.
