A perfect example of what I am talking about....first off they are re-imbursement tables...they are what medicare will pay, not what the provider can charge. He can charge all he wants...getting paid is another matter...so when medicare doesn't pay what it costs the rest of us do...the provider certainly is not in any position to take it out of their end....
It doesn't matter what you and I pay through medicare....we are also going to pay any difference when we got to a doctor who sees medicare patients....there is no escaping this OTHER than paying the doctor what it costs them to do what they do....either way the cans and the wills are going to pay for the can'ts an won'ts....
