Law enforcement did absolutely nothing. They didn't try to stop the vandalism. There were absolutely no arrests.
You see why I predict a Totalitarian Leftist USA in 100 years from now? EVEN TODAY the law enforcement agencies of some of our municipal and state entities are ALREADY providing a "hands off" tacit approval of the actions of these Leftist Revolutionaries.
Now that the Left realizes that law enforcement will allow them all the room they need to destroy, they will be emboldened and this kind of vandalism will continue.
This is the beginning of the end for ALL of the CSA monuments. They are all coming down within our lifetimes.

Weird. Lee was highly respected and admired by everyone on the union side. He wasn't a racist. And fought for his state. So care to actually answer the questions? What about statues of racist men who fought to overthrow the law and order of the king to form a country which allowed slavery to exist?
Why are you okay with statues of Caesar? A man who enslaved and killed many times more than any confederate? How about Lincoln who was an absolute and devout racist?

It was just reported that after their vandalism. These thugs and criminals marched peacefully to police headquarters. No arrests were reported.

I don't see how anyone would be OK with this. They need to find the ones who were pulling it down. Arrest them and prosecute them quickly.

Give me ONE historical figure who didn't commit atrocities. Didn't kill thousands of innocents. Enslave their enemies. Commit genocide. We're devout racist.

I remember 11 years ago when everyone in Durham was CONVINCED that those Duke lacrosse players raped Crystal Mangum. Many still probably think that today, despite all of the evidence to the contrary. It shows you how the mob mentality has taken hold.
