You've performed your own independent investigation of this matter and concluded it to be "lies". I'm sure you did a fine job in the 12 hours since you first learned of the allegations. Bravo, but I'll wait until someone with an ounce of sense weighs in on it after an appropriate due diligence.

I wouldn't say it absolves him of nothing.

I'd say it doesn't absolve him of everything.

I would.

He might get some credit because some of the information was valuable, but it doesn't change what he did.

Please explain where Assange had a duty to protect the secrets of the US Government, much less the DNC. What oaths and loyalties has he betrayed?

I'm sure McCain is up to his neck in corruption anyway. But this one stinks.

I don't have any problem with them publishing it. The press has supposedly had this since Oct trying to vet it but found nothing. They only put it out now because it got attached to an IC report.

That is the real question. Why would IC attach it as unfounded and then leak to the press they attached it.

The press spin is...IC used it, must have legs, but we can't verify.

It's a hit job on the pres elect by the IC and the MSM.

Trump was right...this is like nazi Germany.

This is no diff if some guy sent them a memo saying they knew Michelle o was a man and IC attached to a report and told the press it was on IC report but couldn't be verified.

Navy tiger did Snowden not expose that the government was breaking the law? I would possibly agree about manning but frick you for saying Snowden should goto jail. And if the NSA would have made the correct choice on the software program they were going to use to track that kind of stuff then they wouldn't have been violating the constitution and would have been alerted the second Snowden took the info. frick them and the whole government especially the IC and constitution violating shitheads. They made the wrong choice, broke the law, were told by Snowden they were breaking the law and then were to stupid to know he took the info. They can all burn in hell.

And just so we are clear, what you are saying is the government can do whatever it wants as long as they say it's classified, correct? Because what you are saying is if anybody alerts the media then they should go to jail. Go against the regime and go to jail correct?

Why should they be in jail? Allegedly there is no intelligence report. Remember, it's fake.

So you aren't allowed to let the American people know their government is breaking the law because it's classified? So you are ok with the government doing whatever they want as long as it's classified? That is exactly what you are saying. I think you may need to think about this a little more and do a tad more research, because frankly you are wrong and no offense but a complete and utter shitty American for having this mind set.

Look if he was just leaking classified documents, I get it. But he went to his supervisors multiple times, they failed to act and continued to break the law. He has an oath to protect the constitution against anybody foreign or domestic. They broke the law, he let the American people know, period.

Bottom line is the IC screwed up on the software program they chose due to politics. They made the bed they can sleep in it.

No it isn't. You're making a lot of assumptions. You're also pretending Snowden didn't do a lot more than he did.

I think you're talking out of your arse because you saw a movie and read a wiki or two. Now that we have our thoughts out there, let's discuss the topic, preferably with accurate information.

I should also point out that it's very likely that I have access to and have read a lot more on this than you ever will.
