I have developed a (rough) pecking order of those of a Progressive/Liberal bent that I am willing to respond to. He truly does have a penchant for flawed logic and unsupported assertations. I am actually quite surprised that someone who is as educated as he claims to be cannot form/articulate better arguments.
I keep hoping but alas, no.

EDIT - for Jesus believers - the scientific basis for a 'virgin birth' would be parthenogenic reproduction.

If an embryo and sperm become a 'person' the instant they join
The word you were looking for was "egg", not embryo.
Insofar as the egg and sperm become a 'person', that was exactly your origin. Had that embryo not implanted, you'd not exist.

Further - if someone absorbs a fraternal twin in utero (which is quite common actually) - is does that mean they are actually two people? Should they get two votes?
They accidentally their whole twin. That's all it means.

As a just recently fertilized egg is not a person under any reasonable definition - and a just about to be born baby is a person by any reasonable definition - it must happen somewhere in between.
Good, so you admit that you don't know when it becomes human life.
I agree.
It's probably best we play it safe, and quit terminating these lives.

I was hoping to talk to anti-choicers.
What's that?

If I had wanted to talk to pro-choicers I would have used the term "pro-choicer". Jeez.
No such thing.
These people you refer to are pro abortion.

Your questions are not very good sir.
You answered it.

Why do you have to hide behind the word "Choice"?
The word Abortion too gruesome?

So i guess if "pro life" has turned into "anti choice", then you must be "anti-life".
I like life. Most people do.
I use the term "anti-choice" to distinguish those who like life but oppose abortion rights from those who like life but support abortion rights.
Sorry, did I often you?

Are you suggesting that God has DNA and its male?

You like life, until it gets in the way.
Go ahead, use Abortion. It's what it is.

Now ... please show us what a dedicated disciple of the liberal cause you are and respond accordingly...in any manner you choose.
