However, the accusation that Arpaio was randomly "targeting Hispanic looking people" is dubious at best.
Meanwhile, the court order came nowhere near limiting itself appropriately. It massively overreached.
The injunction ordered law enforcement to cease enforcing the law!
It ordered law enforcement to refrain from detaining known illegal immigrants even when their illegal was verified.
Not a single jury in Arizona would have convicted Arpaio. So, he was denied a jury trial. Instead, the court decided on its own that its extra-Constitutional order was clear and valid, and that Arpaio's Constitutional activity was illegal.

Court orders are issued for a reason, to instruct. Failure to follow instruction is met with penalty.

Wow, I didn't realize he was denied a jury trial. It does seem like a witch hunt just to shut him down. I hope even with the pardon it is appealed.

Truth be told...Ryan is a 'never Trump' disciple in the 'Jeff Flake' mold. He only plays ball because Trump Nation watches. Watch Flake go down to see the conclusion of that game.
Were it not for the Establishment Politicos, MSM, Social Media (Google, Yahoo, et al) in keeping up the constant anti-Trump propaganda barrage, the Trump Agenda would be three times more accomplished. The Hinterland is all in for Trump...the Urban Progressive populations are rabid in response to imminent reversal re former Prog hegemony.
