This was a procedural dismissal (improper forum). The issues are still very much alive. So... No one really "won" anything.

This suit was put on by an obama blessed non profit, I believe. American hero,Roger Stone, was included in this one. The suit alleged that the campaign and associates colluded with Wikileaks and the Russians to hack the DNC servers. They filed this towards the end of the election. Fun fact, when the suit was filed, Trumps team basically said,” ok....well that’s a fun fairy tale but we’re going to need you to turn over the server so we can do forensics on it and prove that We had nothing to do with it”. The obama group went to the judge and asked to delay the proceedings until after the election. I would wager because it would be real bad to find out the campaign nor the Russians had anything to do with it. Or,just spitballing here with available information, that it wasn’t hacked but it was downloaded locally and carried out the front fricking door. What a shitshow this all is.

Well the judge dismissed the suit, but did not rule that there was no collusion. It was more a standing/juridisction issue for the dismissal
