Let me help you. I didn't know the dnc was not a party in DC. I did 10 seconds of research and saw they filed in manhattan. Which is why I responded to your statement that the D.C. Case would be refiled in New York with the joinder question. Do you not understand why joinder would apply to the D.C. Plaintiffs and not the dnc?

The whole reason that this became a topic of debate is that Trump went on his twitter dais and declared that had won the DNC lawsuit and implied it meant that there was some kind of finding regarding collusion which brought about the dismissal.
It bothers some people that Trump thinks that twitter is a lie-free zone and he can post anything he wants. I happen to be one of them. Unfortunaretly for you, you are not.
