well the the IRS commissioner at the time, Douglas Shulman, was a Bush appointee so i'm going with....Bush's fault

Being that the tea party didn't exist under Bush YOU FAIL. What would progressives have done if Bush targeted them when he was President? Look all over the net, progressive democrats in comments are saying, 'GOOD punish the tea party.' This crap needs shut down and fast I want America back.

The Obama IRS attacking his opponents keeps getting worse by the hour.

The fact that Bush's appointee as head of the IRS knew of the violations, and did nothing, is quite damaging.

i know that, but i guess i should've been more clear. wasnt the IRS targeting political enemies one of the impeachment articles drawn up on Nixon? but thanks though. i thought so.
