The real question, and sure as shite I'd like to know, what the hell the plan is "after" they kick ISIL's arse

That we've got to realize this is a long term problem, that we don't announce time lines for withdrawals, and that whomever is President is going to have to deal with these maniacs for however long it takes.

Why would he give a shite about the polls? He is not up for reelection.

It will weaken anything he wants to do domestically. What do you think the majority of Americans think about immigration and the border, when they hear Americans are going to fight for ISIL, and see people pouring over our Southern border?

And vulnerable Democrats up for re-elect don't want to have to defend his foreign policy.

You can't be this dumb. Do you realize how much damage 74 aircraft can do?

MSNBC: "There was no Al Qaeda in 2003 before the Bush/Cheney war."

"Cheney created ISIS he invaded the Holy land."

Jesus the depths these loons go to to divert any blame put on their Savior.

Yes I do, I am guessing I forgot more about deployment of air assets than you ever knew. Tell me what the mission capable rate is for those aircraft? Can you run sustained 24hour operations over Iraq with those aircraft? How many support aircraft do you need to assist those aircraft that are carrying munitions? With 74 shooters attempting 24 hour operations how long do you think those sorties will fly on one mission? What is the typical turn time from landing to re launch of said aircraft? Where are your CSAR assets located and what is the expected time from downed aircraft to rescue? Where is your air refueling assets and how many will you need on station to support said assets? What ISR assets do you need? What are your drone assets and what loiter time can they provide? What is your target set and what ROEs do you have to work under?

Any thing to discuss why would we give weapons to isil's enemies, espically Arab groups. Isn't this the same stuff that got us in trouble last time.

Some fool equates some F-18s with JDAMS to WW2 dropping nukes on two cites made of balsa wood.

The best strategy would be for V Jarrett to convince her puppet that ISIS is indeed the tea party, problem solved.

there is only one fool here.

And he is the guy who thinks that a bunch of guys in driving around the desert in jeeps can't be handled by a US navy carrier air group.

But hey what ever makes you hard at night.
