That is a quote from the article. The Breitbart article, which is already suspect for reasons I can lay out if you want, does not provide any evidence for any of the four. So at this time we have four theories with roughly equal plausibility.
Two of them certainly do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Obama administration. The third represents a typical counter-intel strategy. The fourth one is potentially bad for the Obama administration.
Then you come to this board and only post the fourth theory. You don't mention that the other theories exist, that those other theories are equally plausible, and that they imply no wrongdoing.
Now someone who doesn't click through and read the whole Breitbart article will assume the fourth theory is proven or at least more substantial than the others.
That is the very definition of #fakenews.

The two most troubling facts from this whole mess are.
1- Flynn lied to the VP and the Pres.
2-There is a leak or number of leaks in our intelligence services to the media. This posses a far bigger risk to natioinal security than what Flynn actually did by talking to the Russian Ambassador.
You have to ask what separates the current leakers from Snowden? He basically did similar things.
