Actually depends on what we are talking about.
There are four issues swirling around.

1-Russia tried to interfere in this election. If this is what your talking about, then your right there is plenty of evidence. Now everyone acknowledges this and Russia has tried to do this for most of a century and will try again in the future. We must try to prevent this. New Comey information: Russia was unable to change one vote, and their primary goal is to destroy the American people's trust in their political system.

2- Trunp and/or his election team colluded with Putin and/or Russia to steal election from Clinton. We know from DiFi's statements that their is no evidence of this. We now have confirmation from Comey that he truly told Trump without solicitation three times that Trump is not being personally investigated. Comey further said that up to the time of his firing that there still was no Trump investigation, DiFi has correctly understood her briefings that she based her no evidence of collusion statements, and that the Flynn investigation is not part of the collusion investigation. It is a side issue that spun off of the investigation. We also know that the original allegation of collusion by The NY Times is false and based upon leaks from those who actually know nothing about it. Lastly Comey testified that Trump wanted all his people to be investigated so that the FBI would give them a clean bill of health.

3- Flynn was discovered to have incorrectly disclosed commercial contacts with foreign companies and officials. This is not collusion because Comey said this was not under the Russian interference investigation.

4- Comey alleges that he thinks Trump was telling him to drop the Flynn investigation. He said that Trump said, "I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go,". He stated that he saw no nonverbal reinforcement to his perception. He said the fact that Trump said this in privacy is why he took this as an order. He said he lacked the courage to tell Trump he was uncomfortable with his perceived order, but that he valorously did not comply. Therefore the Flynn investigation was still open at the time of his firing. This was a he said- he said allegation and the only collaborative evidence was a memo he crafted afterwards so that he could leak it at a future time of his choosing for any reason of his choosing. He later leaked it after Trump tweeted that their might be "'tapes'" of this conversation and for the purpose of spurring an independent investigation. Both of which call the timing and ultimate veracity into question. Trump said this did not happen. DNC/MSM Complex are spinning this as obstruction of justice, but Flynn acknowledged that constitutionally the president can start or stop an investigation at will. Therefore even if true it would not legally be obstructing justice.

One should be specific about ones subject to avoid confusion for oneself and others.
