Trump has already been set up to be investigated for Obstruction and, if he testifies under Oath, Perjury.
This stuff is never going away until Trump is unseated. The GOP is "IN" on the Hit.
This is the way that these kinds of Hit Jobs work: any false allegation will do. Hammer the false allegation with the full assistance of mass media. THEN even if nothing is found, set up the Target for some kind of process crime such as lying to federal investigators or Obstruction or Perjury. Keep the investigations going on until the Target is politically destroyed.

Was it ever predicated on anything other than the DNC hack (**cough**Seth Rich leak) supposedly being Russian? Regarding the "meetings" Trump's people had with Russian representatives - was that only an issue because of the alleged hacking "so the meetings must be collusion"? I never did find a Presidential candidate's people meeting with representatives from other nations to be anything unusual, and I would guess they met with many other nations' reps as well.

So just so we're clear, right now we have a general investigation into Russian interference in American elections and an investigation into Flynn that may already be closed?
