It's cute you think Romney has any convictions but what is best for Romney.

So why did he vote yes on witnesses if it wouldn't have mattered to him anyway?

Good. Benedict Romney might as well be true to his real agenda.

Mark my words:

This will not end well for him.

Correct. He just spoke on the floor of the Senate.

Thank you... missed it, then went to the impeachment trial thread and saw everyone going off about it.

He IS splitting his 2 votes

Wow, ultimate in bitch moves... doesn't even have the stones to really throw in one way or the other, so he'll just split his vote.

The RNC should cut all funding for Mittens campaign and make sure to primary him if Utah doesn’t recall him.

He broke his royal oath to King Trump. He must be admonished.

Watch this video and tell me more about Romney's "convictions". He is a phony whose dislike for Trump is due largely to his neocon views on foreign policy.

He’s saying that he wanted to hear witnesses so that they could add doubt about what trump did.... since they didn’t he was convinced that Trump abused power. Good for him.

Romney just voted to remove the President of the United States because he used the influence of his office in attempt to gain cooperation from a foreign country to investigate past quid pro quos where there was enough evidence to give any objective person a reasonable suspicion that quid pro quo was happening.

The impeachment was a political hit job, Romney’s vote to actually remove is close to treason. His vote to remove is for his OWN gain, not because the Constitution demands it. The people of Utah should be at his door demanding resignation now.

Because he wanted a “better” reason to vote to convict. But now it looks like he’s doing it anyway without the proof he wanted. That looks really bad for him.

He basically said he wanted to listen to Bolton so he may hear something to acquit Trump. That is saying he isn’t 100%. Time for him to get out the Republican Party.

We can bash Romney endlessly but we knew what he was when the sorry sacks of Mormon shite from Utah elected this carpetbagger. How fricking dumb are these polygamists?

That is an admission that he already had doubt. If he already believed beyond reasonable doubt Trump committed a crime, then he wouldn’t say “maybe new evidence would change my mind.”
