Yeah, ok. I don't care about pot any more than I do alcohol. I stated my reasons in that thread. You don't like Christians or babies. You seem like high integrity individual.

Iraq is the biggest foreign policy disaster in American history. So yes, when leaders talk about prayer in lieu of common damn sense it scares me.

Its common sense to pray. Bush invaded Iraq based in bad Intel (or atleast untimely Intel) and bad advisors. It isn't the biggest foreign policy disaster in our history. God still loves you.

Please explain how the First Amendment implies that you have to keep your religious views to yourself.

How is someone speaking about prayer any different than you speaking out against it?

You mean the one protecting bachmanns right to pray, talk about it to the media, and do so in a group setting? God Bless America. I'll add you to the prayer list In Bible Study.

It means that you can't base policy on religious beliefs.

I have no problem with people praying and holding their beliefs. But I do have a problem when they put those beliefs into legislation.

Lord have mercy. This is the reason why so many non religious conservatives like myself are hesitant to vote republican, cause of mother frickers like this:

Vote because of YOU, not because of that shite. I'm pretty sure the "religious right" label is far less so now than it was last election cycle, and even less than before than and so on and so on. Its at best casual Christianity for 80% of supporters.

The baby boomers might do such a thing, but as someone who grew up in a church, and knows a lot of people who grew up in churches, theres a lot less of this attitude by a LANDSLIDE.

When I read threads like yours, it makes me favor early-term abortions too, specifically, yours.

Non-religious "conservatives" like yourself will be the first ones coming to this site and asking for prayers when one of your family members is stricken with a terminal disease.

What harm is done to have someone pray for something or someone?

I absolutely believe that divine intervention played a part in this race. Hillary is a piece of shite human being and she got her arse kicked. God did not want her to lead the greatest nation in the world.
