They will try to squeeze some extra legislation into the ACA repeal bill which will cause it to fail.

so we keep the ACA then cuz its riding 54 percent and Trumpcare is riding 24 percent

And probably still won't kick in unless the replacement legislation passes first. They are just trying to kick the can down the road.
