No. It's an easy path to nothing but blonde hair and blue eyes.

It is demanded by the law they be deemed and treated as "equal."

Therefore, either they are "normal," or everyone else is "abnormal."

No one has forced anyone to make a cake in this country.

except that silly because discrimination in United States is completely legal and it's done all the time. The government has simply chose a subset of the people that you can't discriminate against

I mean for one obvious example. Do we really think that if we went to journalism schools tomorrow we would discover that about 90% of their female students were hot

My point is that it isn't necessarily a "choice." You can use whatever words you like because you don't like the outcome of their biology. The great thing about it is that it's none of your business and it never will be. It's weird that y'all continue to try to make that the case.

You honestly seem like me. You're on the fence about it all. All I'm saying is maybe more awareness that it might possibly be a disease might help some people. Do you not agree with that? I promise, when I worked with a ton of gay people it was made my business wether I liked it or not. I still don't hate gay people. I genuinely love and care for most people no matter their life choices or not choices.

Just think this day in age needs more balance on things like being gay. And stop rewarding people for being heros when they possibly just seek attention. That's really all it is. I'm not even mad man.

Geez, that doesn't follow at all.

'Equal' is not the equivalent of 'normal'.

If this is up your arse - so to speak - you are the one with the problem. It is none of your fricking business what other adults do with informed consent.

Wait. Are they doing it for attention or is it a disease? At least be consistent

Great question.

Again, are they "just seeking attention" or do they have a disease? You are saying two different things.

I'm not really on the fence about this. Overall, I always favor keeping the government and others out of my business. I simply extend that to others as well.

If that's their choice, sure. We already have things in place to "help" anyone that is having a tough time. Now, if you want to talk about improving mental health treatment for everyone, I'm game.

Right, and I've known a lot of people that I didn't know were gay, at least before the DADT repeal. It goes both ways. People are people. I say we leave them be if they aren't harming anyone else. And they aren't.

I don't like wasting my time with the obtuse.

I got work to do, welfare recipients are dependent on me.

Have a great day!

I wholeheartedly agree.

However, once people are compelled to make it their business civilly and criminally, it becomes a big problem.

You know...that whole personal liberty thing.

Like I said, great question and I don't have the answer. I do think people who whore them selves off for attention normally have something wrong with them. Maybe attention whoring is a disease?
