Honestly, I think this is good advice from Cuban. China is currently beating us in the robotics race, which I find hard to believe quite frankly. We can't let them beat us in this regard to secure the remainder of the century.

Sounds like a good idea but it will need a lot of oversight and safeguards.
Europe and Asia are beating our asses in a lot of tech innovation and we need to catch up fast.

I actually have a hard time believing it as well. The Chinese have almost no creativity as a general population and rely on ripping off innovations from the US and Japan. So Cuban saying that surprised me.
