Shockingly his pants were hanging below his arse! I figured he would be a responsible, well dressed concerned citizen who just happened to witness the shooting.

I'm confused.

Cops are innocent until proven guilty...

Either you already know the answer to this and are asking it anyway which would be pathetic, or you actually don't know the answer which would be more pathetic

You can ignore the point I was making with your absurd attempt to imply I'm a racist but the fact is he blatantly lied and he's been caught lying.

He also may have committed a crime even though he didn't actually steal anything.

He was an accomplice to a crime.

He probably was either watching the clerk to make sure he didn't see Brown steal the cigars or he was trying to distract the clerk while Brown stole the cigars.

After viewing the video, the cops probably told him that they had the video and if he told the truth and admitted it was Brown in the video who stole the cigars they wouldn't charge him with anything.

I don't know what the OP is talking about. The video clearly shows that he didn't participate in the robbery, and he placed the cigars back on the counter once he realized that Brown wasn't going to pay for them. Brown was the only person that left the store with any cigars.
