At the end of the day Lena Dunham was smelling her own farts and thought they smelled fantastic. Like really great. So great that she thought it would be a great idea if she shared her farts with the world so everyone could enjoy how awesome they smell. Then the world told her that her farts smelled like shite and she got a sad.

Legally, it is plainly sexual misconduct with a minor, it also will get someone on a permanent registry.
If her sister pressed charges, there are typically no statutes of limitations for sexual misconduct with a minor...even if the assaulter is a minor...it is often weighed by who has the position of authority, which clearly Dunham had.
